Return / Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Donavon Brooklyn
If you are not completely happy with your purchase we will gladly exchange any item purchased from our online store within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Proof of purchase is required: a photocopy of receipt will be required to be sent for verification purposes.

Exchange Eligibility
  • All exchanges must be unused and in original new condition with tags and packaging.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exempt from Exchange
The following are exempt from refunds:
  • Gift Cards
  • Used and damaged items
  • Partial orders
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Customers will be responsible for shipping costs to exchange items. We will cover exchange shipping fees on items eligible for free shipping.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue an exchange without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
Return
We don’t accept returns and all sales are final. If unhappy with purchase an exchange may done or store credit will be issued.

Return Policy
