Shipping Policy & Rates

Shipping Policy: All orders are shipped within three business days from purchase date. Delivery times average between seven to ten business days of purchase.

Shipping Cost: Shipping cost is calculated based on demographics and is calculated at time of purchase. All orders over $100 will be shipped ground free of charge. All orders under $100 will be shipped at standard shipping rates based on demographics with ground delivery. 

Overnight Shipping: All Order with Overnight shipping are shipping immediately if order is received the same day before 12pm. Orders received after 12 pm will be shipped immediately the next business day. If order is received over the weekend, items will be shipped immediately on Monday (excluding holidays). 

Delayed or Lost Orders: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.

Wrong or Incomplete Address: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
